We offer legal services in connection with work force problems and employment of managers. In most cases we have advised employers vis a vis individual employees or trade unions. We have actively participated in handling mass redundancies, in drafting manager contracts, reaching settlement with dismissed managers. We advise on fringe benefits and salary packages. We advise foreign parents on stock option plans, pension schemes.

Litigation is a strong part of our labour law practice.
