We offer legal services in connection with tax structures. We make sure that our clients can take full advantage of the Hungarian tax regime. We advise them on the viability and the risks involved and we advise on solutions that eliminate or minimise the risks.
To date we have been advising a good number of big international clients setting up cross border tax structures where Hungary was part of the scheme. We have experience in approaching the Hungarian Inland Revenue, or the Ministry of Finance for tax rulings or binding opinions and we have the skills to prepare all the required local documentation.
